Primarily a Greek neighbourhood, it is filled with residences and plentiful cafes, restaurants and bars. East Eats The Only Cafe has served craft beers in a friendly eclectic environment for over 30 years. Danforth Bowl is a vintage bowling alley serving snacks and beverages – and not just to kids thanks to the popular Rock and Roll night bowling. On the west side, the library hosts programs for babies, toddlers and kids of all ages, and lets you borrow CDs and DVDs. For outdoor adventure, the area is dotted with parkettes and The Cyclepath bike store can kit you out to explore on two wheels.
